The white-label booking platform

Periodic is booking and scheduling software for businesses with multiple locations, service types, and resources. Fully branded to your business. Set up in hours — not weeks.

Booking solutions tailored to your business

Off-the-shelf booking software won't meet your unique scheduling needs, or brand standards. We give you all the tools needed to create beautiful, powerful customer interactions.

02

Configure your scheduling

Add Bookables (your services), connect Resources (staff, rooms, equipment), set availability windows, and attach intake forms and payment rules to each service.

03

Start taking bookings

Share your booking link or embed it on your site. Customers book, pay, and receive branded confirmation and reminders automatically — without you lifting a finger.

Manage Everything From One Place

See all upcoming bookings across every location, resource, and service type. Filter by provider, date, or status. Export reports. Your entire operation in one view.

Powerful scheduling rules without complexity

Set recurring availability windows per Resource or Bookable. Block dates, add exceptions, configure buffer times between bookings. Periodic handles conflicts automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "white-label" mean in practice?

It means your customers never see the Periodic name, logo, or branding at any point. Your Booking Site runs on your domain (e.g. book.yourbusiness.com). Confirmation emails come from your business name. SMS reminders are sent under your brand. There is no "powered by Periodic" footer and no redirect to a Periodic-branded page. From your customer's perspective, the entire experience belongs to you.

How is Periodic different from other scheduling tools?

Most scheduling tools were built for a single person or a single location and then stretched to handle more. Periodic was built from the ground up for multi-location, multi-resource complexity. The practical differences are:

  • Every booking page is 100% branded to you — no "powered by" footers, no redirects, no third-party logos shown to your customers
  • Periodic manages physical resources (rooms, equipment, tables) alongside people — and prevents double-bookings across all of them simultaneously
  • Each service type can have its own intake form, pricing rules, availability window, and notification settings
  • HQ-level networks (franchises, multi-location brands) can lock configuration that individual locations cannot override
  • Multiple locations are managed from one dashboard — not one account per location
What are the core concepts I need to understand?

Periodic is built around three things:

  • Provider — A location where services are offered, such as a studio, office, or franchise. Each Provider has its own branded booking site, available services, and resources, while all locations are managed from a single dashboard.
  • Bookable — A reservation type. Each service you offer is a Bookable — for example, "Deep Tissue Massage 60min" or "Initial Consultation." A Bookable has its own duration, pricing, availability window, intake form, resources, and notification settings.
  • Resource — Anything that gets reserved alongside a booking. This includes people (a therapist, a technician, a staff member), rooms (a treatment room, a meeting room), and equipment (a massage table, a hot stone warmer, a vehicle). Resources connect to calendars and have their own availability. Periodic prevents double-bookings across all Resources simultaneously.
Does Periodic handle payments?

Yes. Periodic integrates with Stripe to collect deposits or full payment at booking. You set the payment requirement per Bookable — a fixed deposit amount, a percentage of the total, or full payment upfront. You also set your cancellation policy. Funds go directly to your Stripe account on your payout schedule. Periodic does not hold funds.

Can I embed my scheduling on a website or in my app?

Yes. Any Bookable can be embedded on your website as either a button or a direct inline widget. The embed code is generated in your dashboard — copy it and paste it into your site. Customers book without leaving your page. No redirect, no separate tab, no external page. No developer required to implement.

Is Periodic GDPR and PCI compliant?

Periodic is built to GDPR and PCI compliance standards. If you have specific compliance requirements or are operating in a regulated industry, contact the team to discuss your needs before deployment.

How long does it take to setup?

For a solo practitioner or small business: most operators are fully configured — Bookables, Resources, availability, intake forms, notifications, and Stripe — in a single session of two to four hours. No technical background required.
For a multi-location or franchise network: deployment timelines depend on the size of the network and the complexity of the configuration. Most networks are live on their first cohort of locations within days of completing the initial HQ configuration. New locations after that deploy from the template in minutes.

Build your scheduling system in days instead of months.
